There was a meme template years ago that was really popular and I can't find any videos of it since I forgot it's name.

It usually starts with a calm scene, maybe 1-3 people visible. And then a specific word or sentence gets said and it switches to the entire screen being filled with people doing crazy stuff.
I distinctly remember one version like with Minecraft chicken.
And one with a military base (according to the description) which has a yellow house on the right and the crazy stuff involved someone jumping out the window and two dudes sharing a sweater or sleeping bag or such.

Whenever I try to figure out the name, my brain jumps to Geddan which is a great meme, but not the one I mean :/

I don't have a picture of it, but it's a meme of a white guy facing down to the right and his eyes are wide. I would call it a sudden realization/alarm meme and it looks a lot like the realization gru, but it's an actual person.
