Fairly recently Sankaku Complex erected a paywall to access most of the images on the booru. I assume it is due to adblockers removing their main source of revenue, but can we be blamed for not wanting our devices being infected with viruses? Now one must pay for "Sankaku Plus" to really look at anything outside of the articles (which are trash). I understand that those running the site are justified in what they did, but it feels scummy nevertheless. I guess I just have an entitlement issue.

I have acquired a great deal of good images from the booru (including many reference images for drawing), so I would not say it was that much of a mistake. Other sites like the rule34 Pahael have terrible tagging systems. I found it more convenient than Google Image Search at times.

The thing is that I never have had an account on the site. I guess I will have to make one then (I try to not make accounts as much as I can since dealing with all of those passwords is annoying).

Just make an account, but even then some images are paywalled. Also try LastPass if you have trouble with password management.
