Some commenters point out that it wasn't just Susan who's responsible for Youtube getting worse, there's a whole team of people supporting her who are also responsible for brainstorming all sorts of bad ideas for that site.

I would imagine a giant entity like youtube would be managed by multiple senior staff ping ponging bad ideas without repercussion. Well, so long as as the site continues it stranglehold of online video sharing and having little competition to speak of. Youtube will only ever continue to spiral downwards no matter who's sitting on the throne.
