Do you think there are creators that live just from making memes, and if so what percentage of them?

That'd be a propagandist, though I don't think governments are too open about how many they employ.

Be really funny and consistently so.

I can barely manage to be midly funny occationally this would be really hard to do.

Live? Absolutely; memes are the DNA of the soul.

Now SURVIVE, on the other hand? No. Not conventionally, at least.

I'd imagine if you're a journalist you probably get opportunities to make your own thunbnails.
